New leaders or team leaders with little previous exposure to the principles of effectively leading a team to achieve team KPIs. Focus on the leader’s role, foundation skills, self-awareness, Emotional Intelligence and scheduling work.

Team Leader
Team Leaders with larger teams and/or other team leaders/foremen reporting to them. More complex people, process and customer service challenges. Interpersonal skills progress including coaching, motivation and greater self awareness. Introduction to basic accounting.

Manager Level
Managers are accountable for departmental or section performance, with a broader scope, longer planning horizon, more complex personnel, customer, operational and financial issues. Level 3 prepares managers for these challenges.

Mid-Senior Manager Level
Senior leaders lead and manage larger scale and scope involving competencies in strategy, people and culture, talent development, commercial and organisational change issues, all requiring leadership mastery to keep people engaged and productive.
