Rob is an international industry consultant, who has developed many long-term client partnerships since joining Boyle Consulting in 1993.
Over his many years with Boyle Consulting, Rob has developed extensive expertise in both the strategic and operational areas of Operation Reviews, Business Operating Standards Audits, and the development of Field Managers, Sales and Aftersales Management, Frontline Customer Service, and Sales personnel. This follows a background including positions with BHP, Eagers Holden, and a Shell Company of Australia subsidiary.
Rob’s extensive experience has seen him undertaking these activities across Australia, China, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, India, the Middle East and North Africa.
His qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Management from the Queensland Institute of Technology and a TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Rob is accredited in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Personality Profiling, Leadership Styles Index and AMA DISC behaviour profiling.
