Rob Boyle


Rob founded Boyle Consulting in 1988 to assist frontline managers improve the performance of their organisations.

Rob’s capabilities are in leadership and organisational development.  His three decades working with all levels of management and related personnel, combined with his early experience at Hancock Transport Equipment Pty Ltd, Caterpillar of Australia Ltd and I.F Consulting Group Pty Ltd has provided a strong base in leadership development, change management, operational review and research.  He has established Boyle Consulting as a respected industry consultancy with a strong quality and continuous improvement focus.

Rob’s experience in working principally with manufacturers and dealers in over 20 countries, ensures practical leadership development and change strategies.  Under his direction, Boyle Consulting has focused on dealer network performance improvement, deploying a range of industry focused training, operational standards, leadership, 5S, operational review and change initiatives.

Rob’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, a Master of Business Administration, University of Queensland, TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and SIR40207 Certificate IV in Retail Management.  He is accredited in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Personality Profiling, John Kotter – Leading Bold Change.
