Tamara has over 15 years of experience managing the design and development of eLearning, classroom and blended learning solutions.  She is an accomplished L&D professional, specialising in emerging technologies and experiential learning activities.  She has wide-ranging experience in all facets of the learning and development arena, from instructional analysis (including Training Needs and Gap Analysis), curriculum design, and organisational capability development, to facilitation and program evaluation.

With extensive exposure to both Nationally Recognised Training and corporate competency frameworks across multi-national clients, as well as project and change management environments, Tamara’s focus is on achieving a tailored solution fit for each client’s individual need.  Tamara’s experience covers local, state and federal government agencies, finance and insurance groups, legal and regulatory bodies, automotive and heavy equipment manufacturing, and the mining sector.

Tamara’s education and training include tertiary studies in learning management, HR and organisational behaviour, in addition to VET qualifications in Training and Assessment (from Cert IV to Graduate Diploma), business, and retail management.  Tamara is accredited in both Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and AMA DISC.
