Rob Boyle Director

Rob founded Boyle Consulting in 1988 to assist frontline managers improve the performance of their organisations. His capabilities are in leadership and organisational development.

Experience within the transport industry and Caterpillar of Australia Ltd provided an understanding of issues confronting commercial vehicle networks. Rob works with manufacturers and dealers globally to bring about operational improvement via leadership and change coaching and implementing best practice.

Rob has grown Boyle Consulting to be a respected industry consultancy with strong quality and continuous improvement focus.

Rob Petersen Director

Rob is an international industry consultant, who has developed multiple long-term client partnerships since joining Boyle Consulting in 1993.

A background with BHP, a GM Holden Dealer, and The Shell Company of Australia in both frontline and management roles has provided Rob with strong strategic and operational experience in the sales and aftersales facets of business.

Rob works with manufacturers and dealers across Australia and Internationally improving the outcomes for the end user customer through dealership leadership and frontline staff.
